GUIDANCE AND ADVICE IN MARKETING STRATEGY
(rental or for sale)

Asset discovery, identification of agents, and recommendations for improvements, drafting of mandates (rental or sale), analysis of rental applications/offers, negotiation, monitoring of the signing of agreements.

Implementation and monitoring of marketing tools and new services

Consultation of competent service providers.

MANAGEMENT OF RELATIONSHIPS
WITH TENANTS

Undertaking all types of negotiation with tenants and preparing corresponding draft documents.
Renewal, extension/reduction of surface area, search for successor ; Negotiation in the event of non-payment, dispute about facilities, charges, etc…
Management and negotiation of tenant evictions and monitoring until the premises are vacated.
Management and handling of conflicts: recovery actions, relationship with lawyers in case of litigation.

Implementation of restructuring projects and works

Assemble a team after the tender process.
Establishment of missions with the owner.
Monitoring of the schedule until obtaining permits and signing contracts.
Site visit for recommendations on improvement works.
Study of environmental labels and tender process for the Tertiary Decree.

Property management

Rent and charges invoicing, collection and follow-up on disputes, establishment and optimization of the annual budget, keeping rental records up to date, relationships with tenants, management of routine interventions and claims, monitoring of service contracts, entry and exit of tenants as well as supervision of building renovation projects.

One-off missions

Acquisition audit.
Charges audit and optimization recommendations.
Management of the regularization of various legal situations (easements, co-ownership authorization, etc.).

President – Founder

After 5 years of experience in residential real estate (co-ownership and rental management) I specialized in commercial real estate (Property Management then Asset Management) 12 years at LFPI REIM as an asset manager then director of asset management, enabled me to confront and resolve a wide range of real estate issues (rental marketing, arbitration, legal and litigation, technical, restructuring…).

  • Master’s degree in Private Law
  • Master’s degree in Real Estate Services Management (ESAM)
  • Master 246 from Dauphine University – Real Estate Management
  • AMF certification obtained in 2019 (The AMF exam aims to verify that people performing certain functions have a common core of knowledge and skills essential to the exercise of their functions)
